My husband and I adopted AJ in May 2005 - it was love at first sight. We think AJ is the cutest dog in the world - he is very affectionate and will definitely let us know if he thinks he isn't getting enough attention! He has many endearing mannerisms (some not so endearing when we're trying to sleep in but even then we can't help but love him). He loves to run and jump and if he could have just one wish I'm sure it would be to catch a squirrel. He doesn't believe us when we tell him this isn't going to happen. He also loves playing in the snow, chewing on peanut-butter filled Kongs, and napping on the couch (see photo).

Every day I think how lucky we are that we have AJ - he has brought so much joy to our lives."
