Dear Shelter Friends,

Hey - it's me, "Checkers." Remember me?? I'm settling into my new home. There is a female feline named Lucille who lives here. I'm pretty sure she owns this place & these people around here work for her. We are getting along pretty well with each other. Thankfully, neither one of us is interested in a turf war. Last time I saw you, you dropped me off at the vet. Those folks at Lakeside Clinic are very nice, but do you know what they did to me?? They kept the "family jewels" & a tooth!!
